Terms of use

Updated: October 2026

SPOTTED (“the service”) is operated by the SPOTTED team. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By signing up you confirm that you are.

One profile per person, with a real photo of you. No impersonating anyone else.

How to behave

Be respectful. No harassment, threats, sexual or abusive content, hate, spam or selling.

Don’t try to find out where someone is, collect information about users, or get around the privacy protections.

“No” is an answer. If someone doesn’t reply or blocks you, don’t contact them another way.

Safety

We don’t verify anyone’s identity or age. Use your own judgement when meeting people.

Meet in public, tell a friend where you’re going, and never send money to someone you met here.

You can block and report anyone from their card. We review reports and may remove profiles and ban users.

Your content

Your photo, text and messages stay yours. You let us show them inside the service, only to run it.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without any promise that it will always be available or fit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for users’ behaviour, what they post, or what happens when people meet outside the service.

General

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
